All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at our conference are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organisers will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for everybody.

With The Best is committed to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate physical or virtual harassment of conference participants in any form, along with aggressive language and behavior. Sexual/derogatory language and imagery is not acceptable for any of our current and future conference venues, including talks, workshops, parties, Twitter and other online media. With The Best will not tolerate participants, who break these rules. We will expel participants from the conference without a refund at the discretion of the conference organisers. Additionally, participants will be banned from upcoming With The Best conferences and events.
Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, technology choices, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, posting pictures/videos on media without participant’s consent, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwarranted sexual attention.
With The Best does not allow any form of derogatory mannerisms, sexual misconduct, and aggressive speech/acts.
Participants, who ask to stop any harassing behavior from the perpetrator, are expected to comply immediately.
Participants, who jeopardize the safety of other attendees, will be subjected to expulsion of the conference and law enforcement will be notified immediately.
Sponsors are also subject to the aforementioned policy. In particular, sponsors should not enable or enact in sexualised images, problematic activities, or any other material that is deemed disrespectful or dangerous.
If a participant engages in harassing behavior, the conference organisers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the conference with no refund.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of conference staff immediately. Conference staff can be identified on the platform as “admin” or “TeamWTB” and to physical events wearing badges or branded clothing.
Call law enforcement immediately if any participant or your own safety is in danger.
We expect participants to respect your colleague’s consent, identity, and opinions/thoughts. We understand that every attendee comes from different socioeconomic backgrounds, places, and experiences. With The Best accepts and embraces diversity, so we want participants to reciprocate an inclusive mindset.
With The Best Conference staff will be happy to help participants contact hotel/venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the conference. We value your well-being and attendance.
We, the With The Best hosts and organizers, expect participants to follow these rules at conference and workshop venues and conference-related social events to uphold a safe and inclusive space for all attendees.
